How long does shipping take?
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the creation of personalized products. ie; Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) becomes 8-13 business days from the day your order is placed.
What if I order additional items along with the personalized item?
- If you order a personalized item along with an item that is ready to ship, all items will be shipped together once the personalization is ready.
What if I order a preorder item along with a personalized item?
- If you order a personalized item along with a pre-order item, your items will ship separately.
Can I change anything on my personalized item after I've placed the order?
- No, we're not able to edit the personalized text, color, font, or placement after the order has been placed.
What if I made an error or a typo on my personalization?
- We're not able to edit your personalized order, but if you're within our cancellation timeframe, we may be able to cancel your order. Then you can place a new order with the updated information! Please note; we're able to cancel an order 1 hour after it has been placed. This is only applicable during our business hours of M-F, 6 AM - 6 PM PST and Sat & Sun 8 AM - 5 PM PST.
