How will orders be impacted?
Orders (including exchanges) placed between February 22-March 2 will experience processing delays of up to 2 weeks. Meaning, orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship out.
The process of moving warehouses can be complicated, and as much as we’d want to, we cannot ship inventory that is in the process of moving. Even after it arrives at our new location, it can take days for the product to be put away. However, once your order ships, we’ll send over a confirmation email with tracking.
Can you expedite an order?
We’re so sorry, but during this time, we cannot expedite any orders.
Are all products impacted?
All products except our swatches may experience up to 1- 2 week delays. Our swatches will be shipping out as normal.
How long will it take to receive my order after it ships?
It can take up to 15 business days to receive an order. However, we’re seeing that some orders are arriving a lot sooner.
Will orders placed before February 22 be impacted?
Nope! All orders before February 22nd will ship out as normal.
Will my refund be delayed due to the move?
All returns will be processed as normal and should not experience delays.
