Can I get a specific ship date for my preorder?
Since preorders are still making their way from our manufacturer to our warehouse, we're unable to determine an exact ship date. Logistics can be complicated and we won't bore you with the details, but there are various stages where things might get a little delayed. For example, during the holidays we can experience massive port congestion that can cause extended delays.
By providing a shipping window, it allows us room for any unexpected delays while still meeting your expectations.
Is there a chance my order's ship date will be pushed further back?
We try our best to estimate our shipping windows, but there are times things can unexpectedly change. When that happens, our Customer Experience team will reach out as soon as we have a new shipping timeframe and additional information.
If the new date doesn't work for your wedding timeline, we can help you swap out for an in-stock style.
The shipping estimate is very close to my wedding, if I pay for expedited delivery will I get it in time?
Potentially, but it's not guaranteed! Since the dresses are still making their way to our warehouse, we cannot guarantee their arrival date.
We want you to have the dress you love the most, but don't want to add any additional stress to your wedding. If you want to wait for the dress, we recommend purchasing an in-stock option as well to have as a back up in case it doesn't arrive on time.
