Birdy Grey is a drama-free zone. If the dress doesn't fit, the color's not right, or if you just don't like it, return or exchange it for an eGift Card!
You have 45 days from the date the item is shipped to send it back to us for an eGift Card or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered & unused, and the original tags must be attached.
Please note, a $10 restocking fee will be applied to all bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen tie returns per dress and tie. Restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund. Don't worry; you won't be charged a restocking fee for an eGift Card!
To start a return or exchange for an eGift Card, please visit our Returns Center. You can either return in person or by mail. Please feel free to return in person at a Happy Returns bar near you to get your refund or eGift Card processed on the spot!
Swatches, seamless bras, beauty, notecards, gifts, gift cards, special orders, pocket squares, and items marked "final sale" are non-refundable.
All international orders outside the U.S. are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged for an eGift Card.
Shipping costs are non-refundable as it is a service provided by one of our partners (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc). Orders returned for refund will not include shipping costs. However, exchanges for eGift Cards are provided an additional $9.99 to cover standard shipping on us!
Exchanges for Items Purchased on Sale
If the dress you'd like to exchange was purchased at a discounted sale price and currently no longer reflects the sale price, the eGift Card provided will reflect the exact amount paid for the dress. We are not able to adjust the amount of funds provided on the eGift Card through Happy Returns.
We're happy to help accommodate a sale/discounted item exchange for the same style in a different size. We are unable to assist with an exchange for a different style due to system restrictions.
