Of course, let’s help you find the perfect dress! Due to COVID 19, we’ve extended our Returns and Exchanges Policy to 45 days to ensure you have the right dress for your special day. Exchanges are totally free, and there are 2 ways to go about it (US only):
Head over to our Returns Center
and select Start Your Return.
You’ll be prompted for your order information, and when you select Exchange for something similar,
you’ll see all of our in-stock dresses for the same color
. Select your perfect dress, and it will be shipped to you within 24 hours of mailing back your original dress.
At the moment, we’re unable to reserve the dress until after you mail back your return, so be sure to send it back as soon as you can! Some dresses may only be available for preorder, so it helps to double-check the website to ensure you’ll receive them in time for the wedding. Exchange orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive after being shipped.
Return for eGift Card
Changed your mind about the color? Not a problem! Just head to our Returns Center
and select Start your Return.
After entering your order information, select the eGift Card option (no restocking fee, and we'll provide an additional $9.99 to cover the cost of standard shipping!)
. We’ll send you an eGift Card within 24 hours of mailing back your return so you can place your order for the new dress.
Returns and exchanges are just as easy for dresses purchased on sale! If your dress doesn't work out, you can return or exchange it for a different size within 45-days of its delivery. Exchanges are for equal or lesser value; we cannot exchange a dress purchased at a sale price for a full-priced dress.
